Hello, I’m James. I’m an affordable & qualified website designer from Torbay in Devon and run one of the most established web design businesses in Torquay. I’ve been creating website design in Torquay since 1999 and graphic design for even longer!

My hourly rate is very competitive and my time is electronically logged. Effective design is my primary motivation and I recently de-registered for VAT so if you run a small business, you will immediately save 20%. Credit card payments are welcome and I always offer free advice.
