Hello, I’m James. I’m an affordable & qualified website designer and developer from Torbay in Devon and run one of the most established web design businesses in Torquay. In fact, I’ve been creating website design and development in Torbay since the last millennium!
I’ve created hundreds of websites for small & medium sized businesses in Torquay, Paignton, Newton Abbot and much further afield. Because I’m so affordable I’m even a freelance web designer for other web designers! I’d like to work with you to create a new website or re-design your existing site.

My hourly rate is very competitive and my time is electronically logged. Effective design is my primary motivation and I recently de-registered for VAT so if you run a small business, you will immediately save 20%. Credit card payments are welcome and I always offer free advice.
